X+why office spaces are designed to support sustainability, collaboration, and innovation, offering flexible memberships, private offices, co-working spaces, and event venues.
The Property
In the heart of London lies Bloomsbury House—four beautifully restored Giorgian townhouses, blending historic elegance with innovation, where history marries innovation and contemporary design.
Set over 21,500 sq ft, the property accommodates a mix of private offices, open-plan coworking, meeting rooms, boardrooms, conference facilities, and breakout areas.
High-spec, sustainable, flexible, fun. Bloomsbury House stands as a beacon of excellence in the flexible workspace environment.
The Challenge
At x+why, attention to detail isn’t an afterthought—it’s a defining principle. From the architecture and interior design to the curated member experience, every element of their workspaces is designed to reflect quality, purpose, and thoughtful execution.
This meticulous approach extends far beyond aesthetics. As a provider of premium flexible office space for forward-thinking businesses, x+why recognises that seamless technology is a core part of a premium workplace experience. Their spaces aren't just visually impressive—they're expected to perform at the highest level, day in, day out.
To meet these expectations, x+why required an AV solution that matched their design standards and operational ambitions: discreet, reliable, intuitive, and capable of elevating the experience for members and guests alike.
