The Client

The NSI (National Security Inspectorate) is the UK’s premier certification body for the security and fire safety sector. With a remit to protect people, property, and reputations, NSI independently audits and certifies thousands of businesses across the country—ranging from alarm installers to large-scale security service providers. Their role is vital to upholding standards and assuring quality across the industry.

The Project

As the national authority on compliance and best practice, NSI’s own headquarters in Maidenhead must reflect the same standards required from others. SCCI Alphatrack was commissioned to enhance NSI’s internal communication and meeting capabilities by upgrading two key spaces within their premises.

The objective: deliver presentation technology that can support hybrid collaboration, crystal-clear content delivery, and seamless operation for staff and visitors.

The Technology

To elevate the meeting experience at NSI’s HQ, SCCI Alphatrack delivered a dual-display upgrade—installing dedicated MAXHUB screens in both the boardroom and the adjacent meeting room

MAXHUB UW105A Ultra-Wide Collaboration Display

The UW105A is a 105-inch 5K ultra-wide interactive display, built specifically for premium conferencing and collaboration spaces. With a 21:9 aspect ratio, it’s designed to support the latest Microsoft Teams Front Row layout—perfect for inclusive hybrid meetings where both in-room and remote participants are clearly visible and equally engaged.

The UW105A transforms the NSI boardroom into a high-performance, hybrid-ready space that reflects the organisation’s own commitment to precision and professionalism.

MAXHUB C8630 86-inch Display

In the meeting room, SCCI Alphatrack installed the C8630—an 86-inch Ultra HD display designed for flexible collaboration in mid-sized spaces.

It offers built-in front-facing cameras and a six-element microphone array that enables seamless video conferencing without the need for external AV kit or fiddly setups. The touchscreen interface supports multi-point interaction, making it easy for users to annotate directly onto shared documents or whiteboards—ideal for collaborative problem-solving.

Wireless screen sharing allows staff to connect from laptops or mobile devices in seconds, promoting fast-paced, flexible working. And thanks to its all-in-one design, the C8630 keeps the room tidy and professional—just plug in, present, and go.
