The Technology
At Thyme, every detail matters—whether it’s the restoration of a stone wall, the curation of a menu, or the smallest touchpoint in the guest experience. Naturally, that same attention extends to the in-room technology.
Guests arrive looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the best of the Cotswolds, but they still expect the convenience and quality of their home environment. Enter Airwave, tasked with the delivery of a seamless home-from-home in-room entertainment experience.
In the guest rooms, Samsung 32 or 43-inch HCF8000 hospitality TVs offer crisp visuals and hotel specific features. Paired with the Uniguest Hub guest room entertainment platform, guests can access information, services, and entertainment via a simple branded interface built, maintained, and managed via the cloud.
For guests keen to watch their own content, Uniguest Cast enables secure streaming from personal devices to the in-room TV—no complicated logins, no privacy concerns, just effortless casting from phone to screen.
Behind the scenes, Airwave has upgraded the property's reception infrastructure, ensuring every channel and stream run flawlessly. The upgraded system delivers a strong, uninterrupted signal across the property, allowing the technology to disappear into the background while guests enjoy the experience.
