Whitepaper Co. – Elder Studios, London

SCCI Alphatrack delivered a modern AV installation for Whitepaper Co at Elder Studios, London, creating intuitive meeting spaces that support video conferencing, wireless content sharing, and day-to-day collaboration.

Designed around a boardroom and three meeting rooms, the project provides Whitepaper with a consistent, easy-to-use conferencing environment that suits both internal collaboration and client-facing meetings.

The Client

Whitepaper is a multidisciplinary design and build company shaping environments across London and the UK. Working with landlords, developers, tenants, asset managers and agents, the business delivers spaces that balance design intent with commercial value.

With services spanning strategy, interior and technical design, build delivery, furniture and roll-out programmes, Whitepaper needed a workplace AV solution that reflected the same emphasis on usability, presentation, and professional finish.

SCCI Alphatrack was appointed to equip the meeting spaces at Whitepaper’s Elder Studios headquarters with reliable conferencing technology that would support both team collaboration and external presentations.

The Technology

The installation covered one boardroom and three meeting rooms, each designed to provide a straightforward and consistent user experience.

The boardroom was equipped with an 86” MAXHUB XBoard V7 all-in-one interactive conferencing display, while the three meeting rooms each received a 65” MAXHUB XBoard V7 display. Each room also included a Windows PC module, wireless screen-sharing dongle, and caddy for peripheral and pen storage.

This all-in-one approach combines display, conferencing, sharing, and interactive functionality in a single platform, reducing complexity for users and supporting a cleaner room aesthetic.

SCCI Alphatrack also completed the associated installation, commissioning, and testing works to ensure each room was fully operational and ready for use.
